Hello,

I tested with good results the new motherboard APU http://www.pcengines.ch/apu.htm that represents the natural evolution for those who use Zeroshell on ALIX systems.
The most obvious benefits of APU compared to ALIX are:

- Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
- Dual Core processor with a higher clock frequency
- Boot from SD, USB and mSATA and support for SATA disks
- Much more RAM

The format of the APU is identical to that of ALIX and in fact staying in the same cases. Power consumption is also very low almost comparable to the ALIX one.

Greetings
Fulvio

ALl works fine on the APU1D

But the kernel has no support for PC-Speaker and that's required to have the beep working.
So please add M support for the PC-Speaker that way the sound of this hardware can work. Very Happy
