Hi all,

How can I define some DHCP options permanently in zeroshell
since the dhcpd.conf file gets (re)created at every boot?

e.g. PXE-Boot in dhcpd.conf:
Code:

 next-server 192.168.1.2;
 filename "/pxelinux.0";

I just tried to modify the dhcpd.conf file via CLI but alll changes were lost after rebooting zeroshell Sad

thanks a lot for your help
Rajgl

You should make your changes then put them on your profile somewhere and use a post boot script to copy them in place after a reboot.

You should install the ZS on a HDD so you can boot the ZS from it and then save the changes even after a reboot.
Booting from live CD will delete your settings at every boot.
Try this...
