I am using ZS12 and dansguardian, I have been able to modify and --bind files without a problem and block http req's to certain sites like facebook, but as expected the students have found that https gets them there bypassing the content filter. Looking on the DG site it has a version a few releases behind what we have in ZS and it says it can filter https, could someone show me how to modify DG to block https reqs to facebook for a start.
Thanks

facebook's networks should be the following : 66.220.144.0/20 , 69.63.176.0/20 , 204.15.20.0/22 . U can try to add at the top of the forward chain three rules that deny the above addresses.
bye
