Is it possible to disconnect select active OpenVPN client(s)?

You'll have needed to start the openvpn server process with the --crl-verify option, and then revoke the certificate for that user.

This will kick/bump all client connections, but everyone except the one whose certificate you've revoked will (automatically) get back on.
