Is it possible to remotely administer Zeroshell from outside on the Internet? I'm setting up a system where I only will have physical access to the equipment a couple of days per week, otherwise I'm a several hour drive away. Another guy will be onsite to handle most day to day things, adding users, etc., but being able to access it if he's unavailable or unable to help would be a good thing. I'm using ZS as a router with captive portal and multiple external WAPs as a semi-public hotspot.

Check Setup->https settings. Allow access from any network interface.

OK, so with the default http 80 and http 443 and the default "Any IP address from any network interface" I can simply type the external IP + port from any computer anywhere, i.e. 123.456.78.9:443 and it'll take me to the admin page?

EDIT: Nevermind, I tried the above and it worked... didn't realize it was set to allow that out of the box. Only hitch was when I was opening the port on the upstream router, it listed zeroshell as 192.168.0.155 in a pulldown though the admin address needed is 192.168.0.75, which it let me manually enter. Now all I have to do is set up dynamic dns since I don't have a static IP address. Thanks.

If you leave the ports at their defaults, then you don't need to specify the ports, just use http://IP or https://IP (http will redirect you to the https port). Otherwise you'll need to specify http or https and the correct port. ie https://IP:PORT

When you say Zeroshell's admin address of 192.168.0.75, there's nothing special about that address other than it's the default IP for it's LAN interface. If you change it's LAN IP, then you'll need to use that new IP or any one of it's other interfaces' IP address to connect to the admin page, unless you tell Zeroshell to switch to safe mode at the local console, then it defaults back to 192.168.0.75.
