Hi, so if i understand you, your profiles are not being saved and reloaded. If that is the issue you need to make sure you “create” your profile, and then “activate” the profile. You will then need to restart your ZS machine.
You may have issues with your storage device, is it formatted or did you get errors during format. I had issues with a hidden partition on one drive, wouldnt format till i removed it.
