ZS is still in beta phase. Consider that before using it in a corporate environment. On the other hand it is very stable and you should not face major issues. Depending on the traffic and the complexity of the rules of the firewall, you should get relatively strong hardware. Start with a Pentium 4 with 1-2Gigs of RAM and see how will it go.
