I suppose that the question here is if you can have user access control and bandwidth control of the authorized users. You can enable the captive portal for the users that connect through the access point. As far as the bandwidth limitation is concerned I don’t think there is much you can do with the web interface of the ZS, you’ll have to configure this functionallity manually in the shell.
