you have probably the http Proxy enabled.
Try adding the website that you have issues with to your whitelist.
If all sited are not working then it could be an issue with your DNS server or DNS settings on the clients. More and more websites depend on regional cached versions of their website and this can be an issue with the proxy or how you setup ZS
