AR9285 max TX rate

    Have a miniPCIE AR9285. After initial configuration and choosing ‘auto’ for Tx rate, it set itself @ 15dbm. Now after attempting to increase, i cannot get it to increase more than 3dbm.

    I am seeing a max of 3.. US, WORLD and most other countrys:

    country US: DFS-FCC
    (2402 – 2472 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (N/A)
    (5170 – 5250 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (N/A)
    (5250 – 5330 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (20 ms), DFS
    (5490 – 5600 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (20 ms), DFS
    (5650 – 5710 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (20 ms), DFS
    (5735 – 5835 @ 40), (N/A, 3), (N/A)

    Is this a hardware drawback, or am i blind of something silly?
