Asterisk PBX – Calls from remote

Hi all

I have a working asterisk server.
All seems to be ok. But I still have some issues.

When I am in the office, I am able to call inbound and outbound using X Lite as, SIP client.

This works like a charm, but as soon as I get out of the local network e.g. Using my phone as hotspot or connecting to another wifi, the phone stops working.

The strange thing is, I am still able to connect to the server and logon. ( xlite also states that the account is active ).

I am still able to call outbound and receive inbound calls HOWEVER I am unable to hear anyone nor are they able to hear me.

The call is established but we cannot hear each other.

( also not if I call one of my colleagues who is on the local network )

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Version: 11.10.2
All modules have been update with the latest stable versions
Internet speed: 200 mbit down 20 mbit up.

Not sure what else you need.
