auto forwarding request made to one public ip to other publi

i am having two ftp servers with different applications say x.x.x.1 and x.x.x.2 natted to y.y.y.1 and y.y.y.2 respectively.
I am having PIX and CHECKPOINT firewalls. CP is at perimeter and Pix is behind CP. x.x.x.1 is on pix amd x.x.x.2 is on cp.

Now i want to keep only one server x.x.x.2 removing x.x.x.1. So i want all the ftp requests made to y.y.y.1 should be forwarded to y.y.y.2(x.x.x.2)

Please provide me the solution
