Change HOSTNAME without creating new profile?

Hi truthahn, just want to ask how can i change my default profile hostname without changing database? I’m trying to use QR code for faster login but its redirect me to http://www.zerotruth.net?KJKoKcXJDHK12YWxpZGl0eQo=OjoDKNGVzdHFyYJDH9kZQo=OjoKUlBFD3ZPCg== and not to my local domain.

Please advice Thank you and more power.
