Change Monitoring Notifications from "On Event" to

Hi there,

I have a number of wireless data links used as gateways. Sometimes these gateways will go offline as the reception drops but they quickly come back online and work as normal. The Monitoring module of ZS will send me an email every time these gateways and VPN’s go offline. I have tried modifying the settings of the alert from “On Event” to “Schedule” and selected “Every 15min” but testing this I find that I receive an email immediately as the gateway/VPN fails.

Is there a way I can set the alert to check every 15 minutes for a failed gateway or VPN and not constantly be monitoring them? If I can limit the checking for failed gateways/VPN’s to a 15 minute interval then I can avoid unnecessary email alerts if the gateway/VPN only drops out for a short moment and then reconnects successfully.
