DNS options not set in named.conf

I have attempted to add an allow-query option using the web form but see in the logs

/tmp/named.conf:12: ‘allow-query’ redefined near ‘allow-query’

And my option is not listed when I look at named.conf.

The DNS server is not honouring any external (internet) requests for domains for which it is master so I added In the options form:

allow-query { any; };
allow-recursion { internals; };

Is there a work-around for this? I do need to allow public access to the DNS for domains which the device is master for
