ZS: 3.3.2 w/23321 patch
We have 2 connections. Comcast and AT&T. Our Comcast is weighted 10 and AT&T 1. If Comcast goes offline, AT&T becomes active as it should.
When Comcast becomes active again, the AT&T does not switch to SPARE, but remains active. The only way to resolve is by switching to Load Balance, then back to Failover.
