GW problem: authenticator expired

Hello.
I have a problem with GW, the users not close the popup windows but it´s are disconected, in the log of captive portal i see this:

GW: warning: authenticator expired for eee@xxx.COM (Client: 10.1.0.16)

and this:

GW: warning: authenticator message expired for the client 10.1.0.23 (User: eee@xxx.COM) or GW and AS are not time synchronized

I have try with Authenticator Validity of 10 min and 30 min and it´s the same.
you can help me?
