    Three times in recent weeks, I have seen the following message(s) in proxy logs immediatly prior to clients no longer being able to browse to http:// sites.

    Invalid request from browser (no Host-header?)

    Signal HUP received, reloading scanners and lists

    The issue is resolved on reboot. Here is the complete proxy log from the day of the incident:
