IP range in QOS

    Hi! This is about QOS, I just want to ask the idea of IP range for QOS.

    For example I allocated a bandwidth of 1mb/s in the range 192.168.0.2-192.268.0.240. is 1mb/s will be allocated for each of the addresses(ie. 1mb for every address)? or the 1mb will be available for all(1mb for the group).

    Any answer will be appreciated TIA 🙂
