ParticipantHi everyone,
I try it one more time – my first post was somehow marked as spam, don’t understand why.
So I finally installed ZS 3.8.2a on my OPi Zero and really enjoyed playing around with it today. The onboard Wifi Interface works without any problems, I can use it in client as well as in AP mode.
BUT as soon as I try to add more than one SSID to it, the second one won’t come up.Simple Setup to show the problem – I just try to add two SSIDs in AP mode and restart the wifi interface – see what happens:
REGULATORY DOMAIN: AT (AUSTRIA) [phy1] Unknown Model -- If --- Mode -- SSID -------------------------- Hide -- WDS -- Security - >> WLAN00 AP wifree_test no no WPA-PSK WLAN01 AP test no no WPA-PSK COMMANDS <N> New SSID <M> Modify SSID <D> Delete SSID <I> Show Information <C> Reg-Domain/Std/Channel/Tx-Power <L> List Stations <S> Channel Scanning <R> Restarting Devices <Q> Quit >> r WARNING: if you continue with this operation the WiFi subsystem will be stopped and restarted. All WiFi connections will be terminated. Are you sure you want to continue (y/n)?y Starting WiFi subsystem ... Creating virtual WiFi interfaces: WLAN00(phy1) (Mode:ap Sec:wpa-psk SSID:wifree_test Status:up) nl80211: Could not re-add multicast membership for vendor events: -2 (No such file or directory) Using interface WLAN00 with hwaddr 90:53:26:15:db:92 and ssid "wifree_test" WLAN00: RADIUS Accounting server 127.0.0.1:1813 WLAN00: interface state UNINITIALIZED->ENABLED WLAN00: AP-ENABLED WLAN00: 10.0.1.1/255.255.255.0 WLAN01(phy1) (Mode:ap Sec:wpa-psk SSID:test Status:up) nl80211: Could not configure driver mode nl80211: deinit ifname=WLAN01 disabled_11b_rates=0 nl80211 driver initialization failed. WLAN01: interface state UNINITIALIZED->DISABLED WLAN01: AP-DISABLED hostapd_free_hapd_data: Interface WLAN01 wasn't started WLAN01: 10.0.2.1/255.255.255.0
So the first SSID comes up without any problems, for the second one the driver doesn’t initialize.
As soon as I delete the first SSID, the second one comes up without any problems.Does anyone have any hints for me?
Thanks and regards,
Max -
