Mauro
MemberA am using Zeroshell since version 1.6 in year 2012 with full satisfaction.
Now I am running version 3.3.2 with Net Balancer and Failover. In the last 6 month I started experiencing a suspect amount of failures on a line. After having subbmitted the problem to my ISP, he seems not beeng able to solve it.
Beeing afraid of something going wrong on my side, I already changed the network board and then changed the whole computer running Zeroshell. I also made a fresh installation to avoid problems from the preceeding setup to pass in the new one.
Of corse I installed the package “23321 BUG FIX #01 – Net Balancer and VPN Failover”.
My questions are simple:
-Do I have to trust the line Failure detection module?
-Is there a chance that I am receiving false positives?
-Is there anything I can do to verify that the problem is real?Below is an exerpt of the Net Balancer log of the Failures detected in the last days.

ParticipantHi Mauro, how does your ZS connect to the internet ? By routers after it ? If yes, do you have any logs from those devices ?

MemberYes, the ZS box is connected to internet through two routers but they belongs to the ISP. I don’t know the way to have access to them.
