After installing the newer kernel and selecting it, the server has rebooted today with no reason, 3 times. I have reversed the installation to the 64-Bit Kernel 4.4.39 and the server is back to its normal operation. The problem with this kernel is that it doesn’t support nDPI!
I guess we will have to wait until it is stabilized.
ciao,
it’s happening the same here.
Gotta boot with the 4.9.27 kernel to be able to modify ndpi rules and then reboot with 4.4.39 to have the machine working without auto-reboots.
My most recent tests were with the following machines:
– Dell R210 II – No problem.
– Lenovo ThinkServer TS150 – No problem
– Lenovo 63 TW (Desktop / test) – No problem.
Detail that may be related to the problem: In all cases above, ZeroShell runs over XenServer.
In cases where I noticed a random reboot, they were machines with Xen-less installation.
