Hi,
I have recently installed Zeroshell on my WRAP 1-2 to do the job that pfsense was doing before (firewall + traffic shaping), and web filtering as well. The reason for this is that pfsense does not yet have web filtering for their embedded install. I had been using it for about a year.
I noticed that it is recommended to install the patch A500 if you are going to use the http proxy feature of Zeroshell. I noticed that this patch does the following:
Generation and activation of a small swap file to avoid Out of Memory condition and the related action of the OOM-Killer.
My questions are:
1. How much does that swap file get written to?
2. Is it a concern with the limited writes of my CF card?
