Traffic Shaping on Bridge on IP addresses

    I setup my Bridge on eth1 and eth2, eth0 being managment.

    I want to limit traffic on certain IPs that flow through my network.

    lets say i want to limit 10.187.1.98 to 64kbit up and down.

    And i want to limit 10.187.1.99 to 128kbit up and down.

    How do i go about setting this rule? Or achieving this? Im a little lost at the moment.
