Web Proxy port filter URL with IP address

Hi Everyone

I plan on using zeroshell with a DNS filtering service. All internet traffic will be blocked with the exception of the web proxy. For this to work I need the web proxy to work in non-transparent mode and I need to filter URL’s that use a IP address instead of DNS.

Can the web proxy be configured to use a port in addition to transparent mode or instead of transparent mode?
Can the URL filter be used to block any URL’s that uses a IP address instead of a domain?

Ideally I would like to log the blocked URL’s that use IP address just in case there is one I need to make an exemption for.
