My apologies, but this request escaped my attention.

No, as far as I can remember, everything was default… I’m not sure how you’re attempting this, but it may be useful to remember that the serial speed needs to be set to 19200. Somewhere in my archives, I should have a collection of notes about the exact steps. If necessary, I can easily send you a copy.
